Simple, upfront pricing
Pricing is based on an enrollment fee per camper, with the cost decreasing as your enrollment grows. Each tier applies only to the campers within that range, so your overall cost per camper goes down the more campers you enroll.
When a camper enrolls and their first payment is taken, Campfront automatically deducts the enrollment fee. There’s no separate invoice or manual payment required. You can see how many campers you’ve paid for and what pricing tier you’re on at any time in the Billing settings of your account.
Like every payment provider, Stripe charges transaction fees for processing payments. These fees are set by Stripe, not by us. We chose Stripe because it’s secure, reliable, and trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. You’ll set up your Stripe Connect account during onboarding, and you can view Stripe’s current rates on their website. We don’t add any extra processing fees on top.
If you use SMS messaging through Campfront, those messages are billed separately based on usage. All SMS costs will be displayed before sending messages so you know exactly what they will be.

Yes. We make it easy to bring over your camper and staff records. Our support team is here to help if you need it.
The enrollment fee is non-refundable. This is because we’ve already incurred costs to provide the enrollment service. We’ve worked hard to keep our prices fair and competitive, so unfortunately we can’t offer refunds if a camper withdraws or is canceled.
We ship new features every week based on what camp directors are telling us they need. Our roadmap isn't set in stone, it's shaped by the people using Campfront every day. If there's something you'd love to see, let us know. There's a good chance it's already in the works.
